We are currently seeking versatile and dedicated individuals to join our team in the roles of Waiter, Housekeeper, and Bartender. These positions are crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and the satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidates will be energetic, customer-focused, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Waiter:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, anticipating and fulfilling guests needs.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of presentation.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Process payments and reconcile cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Housekeeper:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and tidy up rooms according to established procedures.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture to remove dirt and debris.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in a sanitary manner.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
Bartender:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders and making recommendations as needed.
Monitor bar inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including washing glassware and utensils.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Process payments accurately and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
