We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and help maintain our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up user accounts and permissions, and manage access control.
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of software applications and updates.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups and patches.
Document IT procedures, solutions, and configurations.
Collaborate with IT team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA A +, Network +, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols a plus.
