Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, offering assistance with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.

Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, offering recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay.

Handle guest luggage carefully and efficiently, ensuring that it is transported to the appropriate rooms and stored securely.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including hailing taxis, arranging airport transfers, and providing directions to nearby destinations.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas, including ensuring that luggage carts are available and in good condition.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing courteous and professional assistance at all times.

Collaborate with other hotel departments, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping, to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Uphold high standards of safety and security, monitoring the premises and reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management.

Attend to special requests and VIP guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service to exceed their expectations.

Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including dress code, grooming standards, and guest confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Physical ability to lift and transport heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm for guest service, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel operations and scheduling requirements.
