Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (if applicable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
