This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.

Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions.

Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading bags from vehicles, transporting luggage to guest rooms, and storing items securely.

Offer assistance to guests with special needs, including elderly guests, families with children, and guests with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay.

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing helpful recommendations, directions, and assistance as needed.

Coordinate with front desk staff and concierge services to fulfill guest requests, arrange transportation, and facilitate room reservations and upgrades.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area, including clearing clutter, organizing luggage carts, and replenishing supplies as needed.

Assist with valet parking services, directing traffic, and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in the hotel driveway.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to report any maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.

Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including dress code, grooming standards, and safety regulations, at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and colleagues.

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel occupancy and guest needs.

Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest is advantageous.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record may be required for positions involving valet parking services.
