Responsibilities:

Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting key selling points and addressing any questions or concerns.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and gift card sales.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to management to ensure availability of products.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals, participating in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety regulations, security measures, and customer service standards.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and sales trends to support business decision-making.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Strong sales aptitude and persuasive abilities, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and driving results.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Enthusiasm for learning about products and staying informed about industry trends and developments.
