Sales Staff For Cake Shop in Dubai
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter the shop.
Assist customers in selecting cakes, pastries, and other confectionery items, providing information about ingredients, Flavors, and customization options.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping work areas tidy.
Prepare gift packages and handle special orders as needed.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing helpful and accurate information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop, including assisting with baking, decorating, and inventory management tasks as required.
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals.
Passion for desserts and a willingness to learn about our products.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
