Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software applications.
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
