Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, Suites, and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.

Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and making beds.

Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring that all items are well-stocked and in good condition.

Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas, and transport them to the appropriate location for disposal or laundering.

Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or discrepancies, and report any concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance team.

Follow established safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools.

Adhere to all hotel policies and regulations regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and guest privacy.

Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries with a positive attitude.

Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and equipment.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures preferred.
