As a Tele sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about product features and benefits.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
