As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, contributing to the effective management of human resources functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Assist in benefits administration and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Help coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Handle Human Resources -related paperwork and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Assist in performance review processes and employee relations activities.
Support Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Human Resources Assistant or in a related role.
Understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources software.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
Education and experience:
Years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Human Resources certification (e.g, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
