As we strive for excellence, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team as Housekeeping Attendants/Room Attendants.
Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished in guest rooms.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate supervisor.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to inquiries and fulfilling special requests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
