Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Provide information to guests and clients about services, facilities, and company policies.
Manage and schedule appointments, reservations, and meetings as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
Monitor and manage visitor access and sign-in procedures.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
