Job Description:

Step into a key role at our front desk as a Front Office Clerk! We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to manage front office operations, assist guests, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Maintain accurate guest records and assist with billing.

Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Front Office Clerk or in a similar role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude and team player
