Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of floor associates.
Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities on the floor.
Monitor customer interactions and address any issues or concerns.
Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain a clean and organized floor layout.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Assist in inventory management and restocking.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
Familiarity with retail or service industry operations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
