Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Conduct regular system updates and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10) are a plus.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
