Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will play a central role in managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Provide administrative support to various departments.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in office administration.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.

Availability to work regular office hours.
