Responsibilities:

Input and update customer information in the database.
Follow call Scripts and maintain a professional and courteous tone.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and resolution times.
Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Requirements:
