Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings.
Provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Arrange transportation services for guests as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bellhop or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and transport luggage.
Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
