Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
Explain product/service features and benefits to potential clients.
Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Record and maintain accurate information in the customer database.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Stay informed about product updates, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
