We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Staff to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to our staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
Offer first-line technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through corrective steps or escalating as needed.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.
Create and update documentation related to IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and assist in their integration when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in providing technical support or similar IT roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and IT protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
