Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in front office or guest services is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in handling reservations and hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
