Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
Take customer orders and provide product recommendations.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
Uphold high standards of customer service and engage with patrons.
Stay informed about coffee trends and new brewing techniques.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Friendly demeanor and a passion for creating delightful customer experiences.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
