We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support our accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g, Quick Books, SAP)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
