Responsibilities:
Chef:
Create and innovate menus emphasizing quality, taste, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain consistent food quality and adherence to culinary standards.
Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
Front Desk Receptionist:
Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns professionally.
Housekeeping Attendant:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure a tidy environment.
Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Restaurant Server:
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous manner.
Provide menu recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Concierge:
Assist guests with travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and local information.
Provide personalized service and recommendations for activities and attractions.
Ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.
Bellhop/Porter:
Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs.
Maintain the lobby area and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Offer exceptional service and hospitality to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a similar role preferred but not required for all positions.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel standards and procedures.
