Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Assist in the check-in and check-out process for hotel guests.
Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle reservations and booking inquiries.
Manage and organize the front desk area
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in handling phone systems and office equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent
