We are looking for a courteous and attentive Bellboy to join our hotels guest services team. The Bellboy will provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation to their rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities, services, and room features when required.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements to enhance their stay.
Maintain the lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
Assist in valet parking services and manage guest vehicles as needed.
Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest service operations.
Handle guest requests for additional amenities promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
