Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for catering events, and ensure their proper maintenance and utilization.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during catering events in a timely and professional manner.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
