Join our finance team as a Warehouse Accountant and contribute to the financial management of our warehouse operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to oversee accounting processes in the warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for warehouse transactions.
Perform regular audits of inventory and reconcile with financial records.
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare financial statements and reports for warehouse activities.
Monitor and analyze budget variances and financial performance.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure financial compliance.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
Assist in year-end financial audits
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA designation is a plus.
