You will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This role involves performing various tasks to assist different departments and contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and ensuring adequate supplies (e.g, stationery, refreshments) are available.
Distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents to respective departments or personnel.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, making deliveries, or picking up items as requested.
Assist in basic clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers, are maintained and in working order.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning and manual tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment handling is advantageous.
Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
