We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring the efficient and organized functioning of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily activities.
Coordinate and monitor receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure work environment.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and systems.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
