Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate catering staff, including hiring and training new team members.
Plan and organize catering events, ensuring all details are considered.

Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events.
Monitor and maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
Ensure that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of catering offerings.
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines.
