Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring that our supermarket operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing Human Resources paperwork, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing support to employees with Human Resources -related inquiries. Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist with the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all Human Resources paperwork is complete and up to date.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information on Human Resources policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
Prepare Human Resources -related reports and maintain Human Resources databases.
Support the Human Resources team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Collaborate with department managers to address Human Resources -related issues and concerns.
Assist with compliance tasks, such as ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Human Resources processes and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive Human Resources information.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in Human Resources , administrative, or coordination roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in Human Resources paperwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with Human Resources software or systems is a plus.
Knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations is a bonus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
