Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile financial statements and accounts.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist in payroll and expense tracking.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin or Accounts Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
