Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
Offer assistance, provide information, and address guest inquiries.
Escort guests to their desired destinations within the hotel.
Maintain a clean and inviting lobby area.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Assist in managing reservations and appointments.
Provide a high level of personalized service to all guests.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a guest service or front desk role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
