Responsible for the overall management and performance of the resort.
Responsible for the preparation and approval of budgets, strategies, plans and setting targets for the resort and the successful delivery according to the business plan.
Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operation reports, to identify and determine areas to improve profitability, productivity and/or guest satisfaction.
Meet regularly with department heads to keep informed, offer direction, plan, and coordinate.
Develop, communicate, and enforce work priorities, procedures, and administrative standards.
Provide leadership to the department heads in carrying out job responsibilities and meeting performance goals.
Provide a proactive role in meeting and maintaining guest relations.
Work closely with the various departments in the planning, scheduling, and execution of events, maintaining communication with other necessary departments at all times regarding resort activities.
Be responsible for driving all the KPIs of the Resort including but not limited to audits, colleague engagement survey and followed by having SMART action plans.
Be the face of the Resort in meeting and greeting guests as and when required.
Create, implement, and direct seasonally appropriate activities, special events, and programs using themed concepts for Guests and members.
Qualifications/Requirement
Preferably Female
Able to operate and maintain switchboard, telefax, credit card machines, hotel alarm systems, programs electronic locks, service opening for safes and other Front Office equipment, and is able to make basic updates and changes on above procedures if needed.
