Qualities:

1 To 2 + years of relevant experience. However, freshers who meet most of the other requirements will also be considered.

Excellent customer service skills, preferably gained from a background in BPO (call center), high-end fashion retail, hotels.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with good accent.

Ability to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism.

Proficiency in handling client complaints and feedback, as well as being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.
