Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

In This Role, You Will:

Responsible for meeting and greeting all customers through the branches.

Data capture for all the customers on the system.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure all customers are served and assisted properly.

Ensure proper communication with our sellers and buyers throughout the branch.

Prepare daily reports on the system.

Update all the customers information who visited the branch with the outcome of the visit.

Ensure customers are assisted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Associates or bachelors degree in a related field.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g, fax machines and printers).

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Excellent organizational skills.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service attitude.

Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude.

Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.

Team player.

Always smile and be presentable.
