3 + Years of relevant work experience in Customer service/logistics coordinator support processes.
Medium experience in logistics processes
Working experience in SAP, ERP
experience in dealing with the food industry.
Description
Candidate to coordinate between Logistics Team, Testing Activity, and Customer support.
Key Areas
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of samples and test certificates.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
Operational KPIs (transport, sample collection, and report delivery)
Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
-Any Degree or related field certification preferred.
- Need 3-5 years of U.A.E experience.
- Must have a deep understanding of food and beverage shipment handling.
