Junior Couture, the worlds fastest growing e-commerce site for children designer clothes is looking for an E-Commerce Executive with UAE experience to join our team!
Job role and responsibility:
Handle customer calls and inquiries regarding pricing, general product information, order status, delivery status and sales returns.
Process customer complaints regarding issued products, documents, and other relevant concerns.
Ensure customers satisfaction and promote world class customer service.
Process order, from sales order acknowledgement, delivery or airway bill, and invoicing.
Control e-commerce portal content including adding and removing products, change in prices, etc.
Coordinate with various department to ensure proper stock level details.
Ensure existing products are correctly listed online with correct data and images.
Perform other related tasks as needed or assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Commerce, Communication, or any related courses.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling customers and E-commerce or Online selling.
Expertise in digital marketing and online sales.
Bilingual speaker fluent in English and Arabic (writing, listening, and speaking skills required).
