Summary:
Technical Lead will be responsible for Technical ownership of an entire line of business or a horizontal platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the software applications based on requirements/design documents using technologies like Java/ Groovy/Grails.
- Mentor developers for difficult tasks and provide technical advice and guidance to the Tech Leads.
- Optimize and effectively manage resources and time of the team members.
- Participate in strategic projects that improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze data flow within Kafka and various boundary and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements.
- Develop programs on supported database technologies and programming platforms.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Qualification:
- 8 + Years with Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or IT.
- Java 8 and Groovy
- MVC Architecture
- HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/Bootstrap, web standards, libraries/frameworks like Jquery and AngularJS 1.x.
- RESTful/Service Oriented Architectures/Web Sockets.
- Spring/Grails
- MySQL/Oracle/Hibernate
- Kafka/Shell script/Ansible
- Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development.
