Job Responsibilities:
- Process Workday Transactions specifically terminations which have been submitted by the CHRCs/HRBPS.
- Process unused Vacation time through Workday according to labor contracts and Company policy.
- Create and distribute termination letters when applicable.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with CHRCs/HRBPs and Store Leaders by corresponding via Outlook/Microsoft Teams to CHRC/HRBPs.
- Working knowledge of Union Labor Contracts.
- Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and adapt in a fast-changing work environment.
- Organize time and schedule to ensure daily and weekly metrics are met.
