Providing assistance with day-to-day administration of the company and follow up on pending matters.
Input and retrieve data utilizing knowledge of various computer software applications.
Initiate and research information, compile statistics, analyze and summarizes data for projects and status reports. May assist in preparation of unit budget.
Receive visitors and screens telephone calls and email. May interact with clients to schedule appointments, answer questions, and resolve complex issues. May act as information source for the business unit.
Preparing and processing unit purchase requisitions and vendor invoices.
Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents.
Understand the policies, practices, and function of the business unit.
Performs special assignments and project work as needed.
Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and work on special projects.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and facilities which may include travel and lodging arrangements.
