Job Description
Achieve the prescribed sales quota for the ERP products. This will be achieved through diligent and disciplined compliance to the Sales strategy and New Customer Acquisition strategy supported by the company\'s marketing strategy.
Proactively develop your sales pipeline to support achievement of the quota by effectively developing, maintaining and managing your individual sales pipeline.
Meet sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis by executing the prescribed sales and marketing business development strategy.
Ability to Handle and deliver minimum AED 2.5 Million worth of yearly business in terms of revenue to the company.
Frequent representation at events, trade Fares, other events and sales calls etc. Are required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work experience in any IT software house or consultancy.
Must have good communication skills written and verbal in English.
Prefer someone with the positive attitude and right approach.
experience in ERP / HRMS / CRM projects.
