Sales Executive requirements and qualifications:

Min 2-3 years of work experience in UAE as a Business Development or similar role in FM Company/ Building Maintenance or Cleaning Company.

Proven success records in sales.

Good Knowledge of Business Development and Market strategy.

Good knowledge of Sales and marketing.

Good Knowledge of the local market related to FM/Building Maintenance/Cleaning and Hotel industry.

Great command of MS Office, CRM tools.

Basic idea of Project Management

Skills:

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,

Team player

Excellent leadership skills,

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or similar will be preferred.

UAE drivers License is a must for this position to get shortlisted.

Salary: AED 3.5k 4K + Sales commissions, company maintained car, Mobile phone allowance, visa , insurance. And other benefits as per MOL.
