We are seeking an Asian friendly, organized call center Customer Service representative to join our growing organization. In this position, you will answer all incoming calls from our customers, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill requests. You must exemplify the values of our company at all times and provide customers with the highest levels of customer concern.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls
Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions.
Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary.
Up-sell accounts when appropriate
Maintain working equipment
Follow company regulations and report malfunctions.
