We need a Receptionist cum Secretary, Female with at least 1 to 2 years experience in the same field:
Qualifications:
Degree Holder of Business Administration or any other related field.
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills.
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
Can extend working hours time if necessary.
Job Description:
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Assists the Executives with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
