Mechanical Production Quality Control Elec Inst Engineers Electrician
1.Mechanical Engineer. Must be having 10 to 15 years experience in cement Industry and fully conversant with maintenance procedures of various cement plant machinery. To handle the department independently and responsible for the maintenance plans, shutdown plans, PM Schedules, spares procurement, Industrial safety procedures.
2.Quality control Engineer( Lab Incharge ). Must be having 8 to 10 years of experience in cement industry. Thorough knowledge in cement chemistry, test and analysis of cement, slag, dry mortar products as per ASTM, EN, BIS and other International standards. Must be conversant with ISO 9001-2015 quality documentation, procedures, maintaining records, monitoring quality of products, procurement of chemicals for testing and analysis of products, monitoring raw material stocks, silo stocks and to co-ordinate with Production department.
3. Production Incharge. 10 to 15 years experience in cement industry with thorough knowledge in the operation of cement and slag grinding mills, operation process, production planning, maintaining raw material stocks and procurement, methodology on production improvements, quality aspects, awareness on power consumption reduction, knowledge in Grinding media patterns and liners selection for production improvements. Knowledge and experience in Dry mortar products manufacturing process, plant operation will have an added advantage.
4. Elec/Instrumentation Engineer. Must be having 10 to 12 years thorough knowledge in cement industry electrical components, installations, AC/DC drives, VVFD's, HT slip ring Motors, Operating DCS/PLC systems, ABB/SEIMENS products, LRS drives, MCB's, all electrical equipment maintenance procedures, Transformers, etc,
