Knowledge of health and safety code in synchronization with civil defense, NFPA etc.
Well-versed in design applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT etc.
Strong Managerial and leadership Skills
Must be innovative and come up with new ideas of managing the team and keeping team encouraged.
Report presentation skills- In design, PhotoShop or others.
Eye for design detailing, specifications and maintain design standards.
Good knowledge of building materials and finishes.
Strong English communication skills with experience in coordinating with other stakeholders such as engineers and consultants.

Knowledge of other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects and Power Point.
