1. Knowledge of Kitchen Cabinet industry is a must.
2. To understand the requirement of showroom walk-in customers.
3. Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors etc.) in planning and product selection.
4. Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude.
5. Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hook the customer into using PBM for their job.
6. Maintain accurate and organized files § Work with Outside Sales Staff and Counter Sales Staff to assist in following up with customers § Develop long-term relationships with industry customers (i.e. Designers)
7. Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes.
8. Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business § Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Other duties as assigned
